Making the DECISION!
Student leaders have made the decision to be student leaders. Students to get good grades have made the decision to get good grades. Students who are successful college students have made the decision to be successful college students. Just the opposite is true for all of these who have failed. They too have made the decision to fail. The truth is that if they have not made the decision to succeed, they have really made the decision NOT to succeed! What does it take to succeed as a college student? Simply a decision! This program will teach students how to make a decision regarding Goals, Attitudes, and Strategies. No longer will they allow excuses to get in the way or failure to be an option. It’s time to wake the up!

The Effective Educator

An effective educator is not only the role of the teacher in the classroom, but it is the responsibility of every employee employed by the learning institution. From the pride the facility maintenance staff takes in the care of the campus to the professor that instructs the student in creative ways, it takes everyone to educate a student. Everyone must adhere to the 5 basic principles of education. 1. Attitude 2. Behavior 3. Communication 4. Discipline 5. Enthusiasm
